Generally, we ship via two-day USPS priority mail service.*

When temperatures here in Portland rise above 70 degrees F (mid-May through October), or any time your local temperature is above 70 degrees, we recommend orders be sent via express or overnight mail, Monday through Wednesday, with gel packs and insulation.

If the destination is above 70 degrees F and you choose to send via 2-day, Alma will not be responsible for chocolates that arrive melted and will not provide a refund.

All orders require a delivery signature. This means you assume all risk. We will not be responsible if no one is home to sign for the package. If no one is available to sign for the package, the express mail service may make further attempts to redeliver. Alma chocolate is not liable for any damage to the product after the first delivery attempt or if it is returned to us.

At this time we can ship only to addresses within the United States. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges.

*PLEASE NOTE that the USPS system does not guarantee the 2-day priority delivery timeframe. In order to guarantee a delivery date you must choose express shipping! !
